Meadow Mill is the 200,000 square foot adaptive reuse of a New England style cotton mill. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the property was renovated in 1990 and is now a four-story complex offering loft style office, studio and flex space. The building has a squash and health club, light rail access, surface parking, and La Cuchara, a fine dining restaurant. Located in the popular Hampden-Woodberry neighborhood, Meadow Mill boasts a unique mix of tenants, including consulting firms, design and technology companies, artists, non-profits and the Stone Mill Bakery.
