The Parker Metal Building, with its distinctive architecture that includes large floor plans, numerous windows, and plentiful free parking is currently being developed into a 50,000 square foot modern office building. Located in the shadow of Baltimore’s famous M & T Bank stadium, the Parker Metal building will allow for flexible floor plans that can be configured into loft-style offices beginning at 200 square feet and up. Originally built for the Parker Metal Decorating Company, the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. When completed in the fall of 2017, the building will carefully blend restored architectural elements such as exposed brick and steel structure, original window lines, heavy timber beams with state-of –the-art mechanical and electrical systems and modern floorplans.
